When you contact us
We store the details you submit in our contact form: your name, email, business name and any optional social media or referral choices, plus any questions you choose to add on a personalised page. If you contact us through a personalised page, we also save which page you used so we know the context. These details help us reply and arrange your visit.
Enquiries are stored in our website database and are available to Jamie and Greg through our private management mini app.
Personalised email buttons
If you click the email button on a personalised video page, we record which page it relates to, the time and a temporary event identifier in our private management mini app. This helps us follow up if your email doesn’t arrive. It does not tell us whether you sent an email, and we cannot read your email app. Ordinary navigation buttons are not tracked.
Videos and cookies
The new personalised videos and our portfolio videos play from our own server. Our homepage introduction uses Wistia, whose player connects when the homepage loads. Some older personalised pages use YouTube, which connects when you choose to load its player. Those providers may process device, IP address and playback data, or use their own storage and cookies. We do not run general visitor analytics or advertising cookies. Our contact form uses a temporary identifier in the page to prevent duplicate submissions. Our private management mini app verifies the authorised team member’s Telegram identity; it is separate from the public contact form.
Your details
We use your information to deal with your enquiry and any ongoing working relationship. Use our contact form to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. Personalised pages also include a direct email link for the person who recorded your video.
Final trading details will be added before launch.
